Repairvite: Breakfast Ideas

If you’re on the Prepairvite protocol, you probably have experienced a frustration with finding things to eat for breakfast.   I am sure you’re more than frustrated if your old diet consisted of cereal, toast or grains.  Since grains (not even gluten free grains) are not allowed on Repairvite, you must change your eating habit at breakfast.

Some Tips To Get Started

  • Think about consuming a protein and vegetable or fruit for breakfast.
  • Think outside the box and about consuming non-breakfast type foods.  See the list of Non Traditional Breakfast Ideas below.
  • Smoothies are an excellent way to get all of your nutrients (and use the Repairvite powder) – all in one place!  See the list of Traditional Breakfast Ideas below.
  • Some people are allowed to have eggs on Repairvite.  Be sure to ask Dr. Green if this is allowable for you.  If so, enjoy eggs for breakfast, but use them sparingly.

Hey again! We have been cutting up and freezing our bananas for use in smoothies so they double for the frozen fruit to thicken the smoothie and sometimes on occasion use some of the chocolate almond milk with it for a chocolate banana “milkshake” effect smoothie. That way we do not have to seal with the ice. We haven’t done this yet, but we picked up some inexpensive ice trays to freeze coconut milk for the smoothies to use instead of the “ice” cubes.
